Trainees are identified and trained by Escube as per the curriculum suggested by the client.
Trainees take care of the cost of training. Zero cost to the client.

Trainees are identified by the client through campus selection and Escube trains them at the client's facility
as per the curriculum and standards suggested by the client. Cost of training would be taken care of by the client.

Trainees are identified by the client through campus selection and Escube trains them at Escube’s facility.
Cost of training would be taken care of by the client.

Trainees are identified by the client through campus selection and a conditional offer letter would be issued
stating to get trained at Escube before joining. Trainees would pay the fees initially and the client would
consider reimbursing the training fee after the candidate joins the company and completes probation.
STEPS – TRAIN HIRE MODEL

VETTING THE CURRICULUM
Based on the JD shared by Client, we come up with a training plan and curriculum. The project team at Client would vet the curriculum and finalise.

IDENTIFYING THE TRAINEES
We identify, assess and shortlist the trainees based on the skills and qualifications suggested by Client.

TRAINING
Trainees would take up an intensive 45 days training with us on their cost and get prepared for the final selection with Client.
04
EVALUATION
We would share a periodic performance report on the trainees. After the training Client would conduct the final evaluation and select the best.
05
ONBOARDING AND FURTHER SUPPORT
We work closely with the selected trainees to ensure smooth onboarding. We support their skill needs until they are on track.
